Last updated: September 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 2. Account You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One phone number may register one account. 3. Acceptable Use You agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse other users; broadcast illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content; use the service for fraud or spam; reverse engineer, scrape or attack the service; use third-party tools to bypass rate limits or upload limits. 4. Voice Rooms Room hosts are responsible for managing their rooms, including seating and room-level blacklists. Virtual gifts and room time are purchased services with no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. 5. Content You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a license to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms. 6. Intellectual Property The app, including its software, designs, trademarks, logos and graphics, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any part of it except as expressly permitted by these Terms. 7. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts reported and confirmed for abuse. If you believe a suspension was made in error, you may appeal through Help & Support, and we will review your case. 8. Disclaimer The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. 9. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 10. Changes We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
